Bockmon and Woody’s Project Managers carefully inspect each project before construction (pre-construction). They diligently work to recognize any problems and/or discrepancies within the drawings and specifications. If discrepancies do arise, the Project Managers immediately submit a request for information (RFI) to discuss the issue(s) at hand. Thus, allowing the problem(s) to be resolved prior to the start of construction. The Project Managers also organize a work schedule including sequences of events, time lines to estimate man-power, and coordinate between trades. The sole purpose of pre-construction is to aid in helping a project run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
